400 cubic meter/hour sand dredging, water filtering, screening and sand washing production line
1. Jet suction dredger will dredging the sand from the bottom of the water and then discharging it by a 2000 meters pipeline to the sand screening and washing equipment;
2. The transported sand slurry will go the buffer box first for buffering purpose;
3. The bufferred sand then enters to the chain bucket lifting machine for washing for the first time;
4. Sand slurry will come into the sand washing machine for screening out the large gravel and stone;
5. Sand in the drum of the 1st washing machine will come into the 2nd chain bucket washing machine for the 2nd washing;
6. The cleaned sand enters the dewatering screen for dehydration treatment, and finally becomes the finished sand, which is transported to the appointed location through the conveyor belts;
7. Custom building is accepted;
